HALIBUT with Raspberry Sauce

  • 2 halibut filets about 1 inch thick
  • 2 T tartar sauce (any brand)
  • 1 T RUSH Raspberry Vinegar

This is a lovely recipe using any commercial tartar sauce.

If you use more halibut increase other ingredients accordingly.

Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a baking dish drizzle a little butter and olive oil.
Place halibut filets in dish, skin side down. Put in preheated oven uncovered.
Melt 2 T. butter in a saucepan, add 2 T. commercial tartar sauce and 1 T RUSH Raspberry Vinegar.
Heat and blend.
Once halibut has been in the oven about ten minutes pour the sauce over the filets and continue baking until fish flakes with a fork.
DELICIOUS!
RUSH Raspberry Vinegar is lovely sprinkled on any baked fish.
