RASPBERRY CHICKEN IN A RUSH

  • Chicken pieces thighs and legs
  • a few sprigs fresh thyme-chopped (stems removed)
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • a little honey for drizzling
  • RUSH Raspberry Vinegar

Preheat oven to 325 F. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. Remove the skin AFTER cooking if desired.
Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper and a good sprinkle of fresh thyme ( or just a little dried if fresh is not available).
Drizzle with honey and Splash! with RUSH Raspberry Vinegar. Cover with foil.
Bake at 325 F about 1 hour basting occasionally with pan juices.
Uncover and continue to cook browning about 15 minutes.
Chicken is done when juices run clear when pieces are pierced with a fork.
